By accessing or using Dead Funnel Fix (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Dead Funnel Fix provides educational PDF training and templates for fixing post-opt-in funnel issues in solo ad and cold traffic marketing. The Follow-Up Engine provides email sequence templates.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not for users in jurisdictions where it would be illegal.

4. Purchases & Payments

All sales are one-time purchases (PDFs and templates).
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Prices are in USD.
Refunds: Contact support within the stated guarantee period with proof of reasonable use.

5. License & Intellectual Property

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PDFs and templates for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or create derivative works.

6. Prohibited Uses

Any illegal activity or violation of affiliate program or platform terms.
Reselling or redistributing the materials.
Using the materials to mislead or spam.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES. See the Disclaimer page for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
